Concierge Sample Office

These photos are an example of a Concierge Physician’s office layout for its upscale look.

Either for a converting Physician to review for leasing the space to move their practice too or as an example of what to consider when converting your practice.  The whole office should be well appointed.  The front desk and open air feeling is very important. A Concierge practice has the following space design

2. This would include a Keurig style coffee machine
3. Water Station of Bottled waters
4. Banner promoting Services or Supplemental Income programs
5. Nicely appointed couches, chairs and tables

8. Open area of front desk with no glass separating members
9. Granola Bars and other energy bars for after Physical ( they should have been fasting for lab work J )
10. Large High Definition TV hanging from Celling
11. Sound system
12. 2 Exam Rooms
13. Lunch Room
14. Physician’s office nicely appointed with Station for Tele-Med
15. Chart Room/Supply Room – (even though everything should be on EMR – often charts are still being carted around for storage and look up )
16. Nurses Station
17. Lab Draw Room
18. Sample’s Closet
19. Men’s and Ladies Room with 6×6 Inch side wall door for samples
20. Sink/Eye Wash Stations
21. Membership Consulting room
22. Room 3  If supplying Myers cocktails, micro Nutrient testing, and other supplemental income services
23. All up to date equipment – Computers, Scales, Automatic Blood Pressure and Temperature Rolling Machine cart, EMR, Tele-med Stations, etc.
